DLS Archer has the firm intention of providing a safe workplace for employees, contractors, subcontractors, customers, people visiting its facilities and third parties.
DLS Archer provides drilling, completion, repair and intervention services for oil and gas wells, and engineering of drilling and completion fluids, as well as treatment and control of drilling solids.
The executive team, based on the Mission, Vision and Values of the Company, has defined the following:
Improve permanently in each area of our organization, performing correctly all tasks to achieve full compliance of our Clients, ensuring the continuous improvement of the Management System, and the prevention of injuries and diseases of our staff, contractors and stakeholders, as well as to avoid environmental pollution.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, and other requirements that the organization subscribes related to occupational health and safety hazards, and their environmental aspects.

This Policy provides a framework to establish, review, and keep updated, the Objectives and Goals of: Occupational Health and Safety, Environment and Quality.
In addition, this policy is communicated to all the staff working for or on behalf of the Organization and is available to the public.
DLS declares it a priority to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for its employees and contractors, protecting the environment, without any economic reason prevailing over it.
The Company seeks to achieve high performance in Safety, Health and Environment, based on compliance with existing legal requirements and through a system of continuous improvement, using the appropriate resources to implement this policy.
The management of Safety, Health and Environment constitutes an indelible and indeclinable responsibility of the management line, which will ensure the understanding, implementation and maintenance at all levels of the Organization, through appropriate training that allows the competence of workers to comply with its obligations and responsibilities and periodically auditing the System in general and this Policy in particular.
